Responsibilities:

As a client service representative, you will be on the front lines of retail as bringing the brand directly to the customers. In this role, you'll be stationed onsite, interacting directly with customers at promotional pods, kiosks, and events, located in a variety of retail settings in the area. From answering inquiries to facilitating transactions, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that uphold our brand's reputation for top-notch service.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner during promotional sales events
  • Answering queries
  • Providing product information
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist in promoting and selling products/services at events, utilizing product knowledge and persuasive communication to drive sales and meet targets.
  • Effectively handle customer concerns or issues, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the events team to set up and manage promotional activities, ensuring a smooth and seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, sales transactions, and relevant information in our CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but optional. A willingness to learn and adapt is essential.
