Customer Service Representative – Sales Focus

We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client team in Watford. In this role, you will not only deliver excellent customer service but also play a key part in driving sales through engaging interactions with customers. You’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring that each customer has a memorable experience while promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Promote and upsell products through engaging interactions and personalized recommendations.
• Conduct interactive product demonstrations, effectively educating customers on product benefits.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by driving customer interest and sales conversions.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute in-store promotions and campaigns.
• Build rapport with customers to foster a positive and engaging shopping experience.
• Gather and relay valuable customer feedback to help improve sales strategies and marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on current products, promotions, and sales strategies to increase brand visibility and sales.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of product offerings and current promotions.
• Assist in the seamless execution of sales promotions and brand campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused with a strong ability to drive sales.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in sales, marketing, or business is a plus.
