Job Description:

We have some great customer service vacancies available in Atlanta, GA. A prestigious company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver excellent service, helping promote our client's products and services to their customers. You will have a vibrant personality and a passion for helping others to achieve your goals and those of the company.

While previous customer service experience is preferred, training will be provided.

CSR Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Provide product information, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings

CSR Requirements:

  • Candidates will need to be over the age of 18 on our clients request, due to handling customer information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not essential
